We hope you’ll love your Sharp Cuts Ltd order but if you want to return any items then we are happy to refund you for any items that you return to us.
Firstly, please email sharpcutsltd@gmail.com to inform us you are going to return a product so we are prepared for its arrival.
The product/s must be unused and in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We therefore evaluate all returns before processing a refund.
It is at your cost to return the items unless the goods are damaged on arrival. If this is the case, proof of damage will need to be sent to sharpcutsltd@gmail.com, and we will organise the return of the damaged good/s so we can then process the refund.
When you return an item ensure you get a ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt as items lost in transit without this will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items at this time.
