We hope you’ll love your Sharp Cuts Ltd order but if you want to return any items then we are happy to refund you for any items that you return to us. 

Firstly, please email sharpcutsltd@gmail.com to inform us you are going to return a product so we are prepared for its arrival. 

The product/s must be unused and in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. We, therefore, evaluate all returns before processing a refund.

It is at your cost to return the items unless the goods are damaged on arrival. If this is the case, proof of damage will need to be sent to sharpcutsltd@gmail.com, and we will organise the return of the damaged good/s so we can then process the refund. 

When you return an item ensure you get a ‘Proof of Postage’ receipt as items lost in transit without this will not be eligible for a refund. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items at this time.

We aim to have all in-stock items delivered to you within 10 business days but this is approximate and there may be delays that are out of our control. 

Please allow more time for busy periods. Orders placed on a Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday. We offer the following delivery options:

1st Class Royal Mail 2-5 business days up to 1kg -  £3.58

1st Class Royal Mail 2-5 business days over 1kg - £5.47

2nd Class Royal Mail 3-7 business days up to 2kg - £2.95

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We are currently only offering shipping to the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping at the moment.
